What is a pledge manager?
A pledge manager is a third party online service that interfaces with Kickstarter. Essentially the pledge manager is like an online portal for you to manage your initial kickstarter pledge after the campaign has ended and if you so desire, to add more items onto your base pledge.
When we are ready to do so, we will send out links to all backers for the pledge manager. Every backer will have a unique login to their private pledge manager. Once inside, the pledge manager will have two main parts to it. The survey portion will ask you for things like your mailing address (so we know where to send your reward to) and your color choices for your rewards. The second portion is like a little store. You can pick and choose additional items from the add-on list that you’d like to add to your initial order. The pledge manager will then allow you to securely check out and pay your balance. We will be using Backerkit - which is a well-established pledge manager site. They keep all information secure. Backerkit uses Stripe credit Card processing for those people who wish to add more to their order. The pledge manager will also be where you pay for your shipping.
For us as creators, the pledge manager makes organizing all that data, and purchasing shipping far simpler than if we did it ourselves.

I don't see the Dark Stud or Dark Nan-ight figures in the Add-ons - Where are they?
The Dark Stud and Dark Nan-ight figures are only available to pledge levels at or above the “Company” Tier. If your pledge level is “Squad”, “Squad - Early Bird”, “Platoon”, or “Platoon - Early Bird”, you’ll need to switch your pledge level to “Company” or above to gain access to these exclusive add-ons.

How can I switch my pledge level?
On the very first page of the Backerkit survey, below the green “Get Started!” button, there is a small link that says “or switch your pledge level »” in light blue. Clicking this link will open a pop-up dialog window that will allow you to select a different pledge level.
If you originally backed at an “Early Bird” tier and decide to switch pledge levels, you will not be able to switch back to your previous “Early Bird” tier.

If I switch my pledge level and decide that I would rather stay with my old pledge level, can I switch back?
Switching pledge levels in the Backerkit pledge manager has some caveats. “Early Bird” tiers are not available in the pledge manager, and so you will never be able to switch your pledge to an “Early Bird” pledge level. If your original pledge was at an “Early Bird” tier, and you decide to switch pledges in the pledge manager, you will not be able to switch back to your original “Early Bird” pledge level.

If I switch my pledge level to a lower, less expensive pledge, can I get a refund on my Kickstarter pledge?
Generally speaking, no refunds will be given on Kickstarter funds at this time. All funds collected through Kickstarter have been already been allocated, and are necessary for the fulfilling of this campaign.

When will I get my pledge rewards?
The fulfillment timeline on the Kickstarter gives a rough estimate of where we are in each step of the campaign fulfillment. However, we cannot give any exact time that when these rewards will be sent out. Please keep in mind that global supply chain and shipping lines are currently experiencing labor shortages and increased demand which may increase fulfillment time.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
